"I Know Who Holds
Tomorrow"
By: Leann Rimes
(read
by Russ' daughter, Bev Jacobs)
I don't worry about tomorrow,
I just live from day to day.
I don't borrow from the sunshine,
'cause the skies might turn to gray
I don't worry about the future,
'cause I know what Jesus said.
Today I'll walk beside him,
'cause he knows what's ahead
There are things about tomorrow,
that I don't seem to understand.
But I know who holds tomorrow,
and I know who holds my hand.
Each step is getting brighter,
on the golden stairs I climb.
Every burden is getting lighter,
every cloud is silver lined.
I'll bet the sun is shining,
and no tears will ever dim my eyes.
The ending of the rainbow,
where the mountains touch the sky.
There are many things about tomorrow,
that I don't seem to understand.
But I know who holds tomorrow,
and I know who holds my hand,
YES, I KNOW who holds MY hand!
